Business Plan & In-Store Experience
We want to make sure you have an in-depth understanding of what its like to own your very own Sandwich Chefs store, this is a great opportunity to see firsthand the day-to-day operations at Sandwich Chefs. We will also ask you to complete some testing and have a formal interview with our CEO and National Operations Manager.
Formal Approval & Execution of Franchise Agreements
With approval from the team, final disclosure is issued to you and you’re almost a full-fledged Sandwich Chef. This is an opportunity for you to review the agreements and premises information with your advisors before signing the dotted line.
Store Construction & Management Training
Congratulations and welcome to the Sandwich Chefs family! We will assist you with the design and construction of your store as well as comprehensive training for you and your team members. This will take between 6-8 weeks to complete and must be completed in full before you open your store.
Open your brand-new Sandwich Chefs location
Don’t worry, our operations, training and marketing teams won’t be going anywhere. Support will be provided to ensure your Sandwich Chefs store hits the ground running.

5) Do I need previous hospitality experience?
Of course it helps, but it's not necessary. We provide a comprehensive training program that will train you to manage the day to day operations of the business.
6) Do I need Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency?
Yes, there are a few exceptions but in most cases you will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
7) Can I open multiple Sandwich Chefs stores?
Yes, if we are confident that you have the skills to be a multi-store owner and have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the brand. We have many franchisees that are multi-store owners.
8) Can I sell my store at any time?
You can sell your store at anytime, it's yours to sell. However, many of our franchisees re-invest in the franchise and become multi store owners.
